Serrote Typographic Illustration

Check out this special issue of Serrote in which eight full pages utilize typographic illustration both simply and beautifully. Serrote is a Brazilian literary magazine that beautifully combines typography and image in each unique publication. In this special issue, the portraits of famous authors are made by the letters in their names. Authors include: Carlos Drumond de Andrade, Joseph Conrad, James Joyce, Edgar Allan Poe, George Bernard Shaw, J M Coetzee, Oscar Wilde, Salman Rushdie, and Virginia Wolf.
